On a sharded cluster, with a mongo command, is there a way to know if the storage engine of a given shard is WT or mmapv1 ? |

rj-10gen@arsynet.com, the storage engine is a per-mongod property. In the general case your question cannot be answered, because a shard is typically a replica set and one can run different storage engines in different members of a replica set. Please note that the SERVER project is for reporting bugs or feature suggestions for the MongoDB server. For MongoDB-related support discussion please post on the mongodb-user group or Stack Overflow with the mongodb tag, where your question will reach a larger audience. A question like this involving more discussion would be best posted on the mongodb-user group. Regards, |
