 Description

In a master/slave system, 'n' ops are logged every 10 seconds as keepalives. Starting in 3.0, these ops are processed actively on slaves, which causes "repl: end sync_pullOpLog syncedTo:" messages to be logged on slaves, even when no active writes are occurring on the master.
