 Description

Want to adjust the default number we use at startup to set the WiredTiger cache size. This is settable using the --cacheSizeGB startup parameter and is currently set to 1/2 of available memory with a 1GB floor. We need to account for smaller machines/VMs as well as account for TCMalloc cache, file system cache, OS.
