 Description

Feature: add a --set-parameters flag to resmoke, which should take an argument of the format

--set-parameters PARAM1=VALUE1,PARAM2=VALUE2,...

These parameters should be passed to the mongod's and mongos' resmoke.py starts. Alternatively there could be separate flags to set the setParameters passed to mongos and mongod, which was how smoke.py implemented it.
