Message: changed "Status" to "Messages" SERVER-1946
http://github.com/mongodb/mongo/commit/7542f49bd9dd4d2518dab08b8f6710875e831a98

Ok, understand what this column is now used for. From the rs.status() response you get

"errmsg" : "initial sync cloning db: scaleout"

..so "Messages", "Last message" or "Error Message" (or combinations thereof) would work.

Status only show something when something "special" is happening... maybe column name should be changed, but it's behaving correctly. Maybe call it "Messages" or something?

See the screenshot, the STATUS column is empty

I don't understand... what do you expect to see?
