It would be helpful if WriteResult could contain the information if a new collection was created within the write operation. |

Not clear if this may leak some information to a user who is allowed to write to a collection but not to see information about collection metadata. |

Thanks for the suggestion. But the server does not provide that information in the response so the driver can not report it. |
