Thanks for the update ankanm – sorry you went through this, but glad to hear it got resolved. I would recommend you consider running a replica set and adding protection against unclean shutdowns if possible. Regards, |

ankanm, apologies for the long delay – please see the newfiles.tgz archive above. It contains the WiredTiger.wt and WiredTiger.turtle after a repair attempt. Here's what I would suggest:
I hope this does the trick, but please be aware that an unclean shutdown may have caused enough damage to prevent mongod to start successfully. |
