 Description

When running updates that are updating with a query object, queries in serverStatus() and thus mongostat is not incrementing. This can be confusing, because in the slow query log you can see the updates with the query it's running. It would be cool if updates that require queries would also increment the query counter.

Don't think we should increment the query count for an update, as an update implies an update + mod.

Perhaps better to modify the logging to be clearer.

Thoughts?
