In config.settings, there could be a document with _id : "balancer" If we want balancing only during a specified window of time during the day , the following attribute should exist on that document "activeWindow" : { "start" : <hh:mm> , "stop" : <hh:mm> }where start and stop determine when the window is open. hh on the 24hour format (00-23) The window may be open throughout the night, in which case "start" would be greater than "stop". The possibility of stopping the balancer altogether stays unaltered. "stopped" : true Normally, should specify one or the other. If both are present, and any restricts balancing, that's what it is going to happen. |
