I have been using MongoDB for a web app I created that has been running with no issue for 2+ years. The other day, every connection to the database fails and says the authentication was invalid. I did not change anything, not the connection code and not the user name/password. I'm using mongoose 3.8.4 to connect and have had no issues up until now. I'd be happy to provide code and my database info if that's necessary. |

Hi Henry, The SERVER project is for reporting bugs or feature suggestions for the MongoDB server. For MongoDB-related community support discussion please post on the mongodb-user group (http://groups.google.com/group/mongodb-user) or Stack Overflow / ServerFault. In addition to your Mongoose and MongoDB server versions, it would be helpful to include the specific version of the Node.js driver you are using. Thanks, |
