 Description

A "readCmd" option should be added the "find" and "findOne" operations in benchRun. When this option is enabled, benchRun will execute these operations using the find/getMore commands; when this option is disabled, benchRun will execute these operations using the legacy OP_QUERY and OP_GET_MORE wire protocol messages.

Like the "writeCmd" option, the "readCmd" option will default to false.
