There are situations when "readConcern: level: majority" can block, waiting for a snapshot. In those cases, it needs to check and abide by maxTimeMS, if supplied as part of the read query. |

Further investigation shows that of the code locations in question, all support checking for interrupt already, so there is no further work to do here. |
