Hello, I know that mongodb doesn't support foreign keys and thus referential integrity. But is it possible any external tools to achieve this?? Since, 3.2 is introducing left outer joins, though this question may be appropriate. Cheers |

Bharadwajd27, there's no concept of foreign constraints in MongoDB, and I'm not aware of any tool that can help here. You may be able to write a custom tool to meet your specific needs using the $lookup operator. Please note that the SERVER project is for reporting bugs or feature suggestions for the MongoDB server, so I'm going to close this ticket. Please post in the mongodb-user group for further discussion on this topic with other MongoDB enthusiasts. Regards, |
