This error message should contain the missing documents, but it instead reports that no documents have been found because it checked the wrong node:

[CheckReplDBHash:job0:#dbhash#]  One or more databases were different between the primary on port 20000 and the secondary on port 20001:
    The following collections were present on the primary, but not on the secondary:
    null1
    No documents in test.null1.
    Database test has a different hash on the primary and the secondary ([ c88584ad388ffe3301c7ece9fda8cd46 ] != [ de7714f33588ee7c92c7725e74bf4642 ]):
