1) Have a mongoDB with WiredTiger in version 3.2.0
2) Upgrade to 3.2.1

2016-01-24T19:29:45.832+0000 I STORAGE [conn662] WTIndex::updatePosition – the new key ( 64537DE92EAD547F125CC1ACC914788000014811954F98042E3EC9) is less than the previous key (645535EAB04B18A32DFC215BB114788000014DFD551C3804403604C2), which is a bug.

Sorry the upgrade is causing issues baruchoxman, and thanks for reporting them. Another user run into this bug on SERVER-22279, so I'm going to close this ticket as a duplicate. Please tune to SERVER-22279 for updates.
