 Description

Hello,

I've searched the online documentation but haven't found an answer for my question: is MongoDB v3.2 supported on Oracle Linux v6.5? It's not on the list of approved OS versions (https://docs.mongodb.org/manual/installation/), but that link may be dated.

Thanks!

Michael

MichaelBrennan, Oracle Linux is not a supported platform at the moment. We do support RHEL, so if you use our RHEL port and the Red Hat Compatible Kernel (RHCK) things may work, but note that this is an untested configuration.

Support for Oracle Linux was previously requested in SERVER-20343, so I'm closing this ticket as a duplicate. Feel free to watch SERVER-20343 for updates and/or vote for it.

Regards,
Ramón.
