 Description

The stable mongodb-org-server package for Ubuntu 16.04 does not include a systemd service file. Instead it still has an Upstart configuration file.

The 3.3 packages work as expected.

I missed the backport of a relevant part of the packaging script to 3.2.8, but it will be in 3.2.9

This will be fixed in 3.2.8, as a side effect of backporting SERVER-7285 and SERVER-18329 to 3.2
