 Description

The minimal required version is Scons 2.3.0 but as a result, scons --help fails with the following error message:

> scons --help
scons: Reading SConscript files ...
TypeError: Help() got an unexpected keyword argument 'append':
  File "/home/mark/mongo/SConstruct", line 742:
    Help('\nThe following variables may also be set like scons VARIABLE=value\n', append=True);
  File "/usr/lib/scons/SCons/Script/SConscript.py", line 614:
    return method(*args, **kw)

Our scons --help is depending on scons 2.4.1 functionality.
