We plan to upgrade the mongodb shards to 3.1.6 and leaving the config servers and mongos at version 3.0. Will this be a problem, if we do not use Geospatial index? |

Thanks for your report van.pham. Please note that MongoDB 3.1 is a development version, I'd recommend you install MongoDB 3.2, which is for production. The latest stable version right now is 3.2.7. Also you should know that the SERVER project is for reporting bugs or feature suggestions for the MongoDB server. For MongoDB-related support discussion please post on the mongodb-user group or Stack Overflow with the mongodb tag, where your question will reach a larger audience.
