 Description

An invocation like python buildscripts/resmoke.py --jobs=0 jstests/core/all.js hangs resmoke.py.

This is potentially problematic because we automatically calculate the number of jobs in etc/evergreen.yml without validating the derived value.

Closing as wont-fix to indicate that there is currently no intention of doing this. Please re-open if there is priority for this.
