 Description

Some long strings are re-formatted and allowed to be over 100 characters. For example, this line.

It looks like it doesn't want to split long string literals onto two lines?

This is a known issue with ClangFormat. It doesn't look like they have a fix planned based on a quick search in their bug tracker.

    // FIXME: String literal breaking is currently disabled for C#, Java and
    // JavaScript, as it requires strings to be merged using "+" which we
    // don't support.
