Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We've done a lot of work with the package repositories over the last three weeks, and we are confident that the instability is behind us.

Please let us know if you encounter issues like this in the future, and we'll do our best to address them as soon as possible.

Regards,
sam

Tried it again, now it is working.

did it, still the same issue

A colleague points out that you may need to clear the apt-get cache. Have you tried running apt-get clean?

Comment by Soós Gábor [ 11/Aug/16 ]

same issue, maybe caching problem?

Comment by Ramon Fernandez Marina [ 11/Aug/16 ]

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Can you please run apt-get update and try again?

Note that 3.2.9 hasn't been release yet, so if you're running 3.2.8 then apt-get upgrade will not be upgrading mongodb-org-* packages.

Thanks,
Ramón.

Apologies for the inconvenience soos.gabor86@gmail.com, we had some issues with our repositories recently (SERVER-25424, which also affected apt repositories). These issues should have been fixed, and running apt-get update should be the solution – but I'm going to test this again on our end to make sure the issue hasn't recurred.
