 Description

I have some monitoring scripts to find any long queries and just realized that they had stopped working. I was able to validate that when I log in as a readonly user this returns nothing but when i login as a rw user it returns all the data.

This is currently an admin-only command, but I filed SERVER-5579 as a feature request to allow non-admin users to view a subset of current operations.
