ConnSetupSurvivesFailure spins up 8 threads that each do 1000 ops, which spins up too many open connections and causes either that test, or later tests, to fail with ECONNREFUSED on windows. On linux this isn't an issue because we'll just queue up connects, rather than refusing. |
