There are around 500 inactive query in my mongodb. It didn't get disappear when i do restart mongo service. I cannot kill these operation because there are no opid. I run out of idea how to eliminate these connection. It make some of the application get refuse to connect because of max of open files limitation in mongodb (and linux os). Can someone please advise. |

From the information you provided, I'd recommend you look at what clients are connecting from 10.10.23.108 and see if they're using cursors with no timeout. Please note that the SERVER project is for reporting bugs or feature suggestions for the MongoDB server. For MongoDB-related support discussion please post on the mongodb-user group or Stack Overflow with the mongodb tag, where your question will reach a larger audience. A question like this involving more discussion would be best posted on the mongodb-user group. See also our Technical Support page for additional support resources. Regards, |
