 Description

The Evergreen function "do multiversion setup" will run on variants where the macro multiversion_platform_arch is not defined, defaulting to linux/x86.

For example, on the variant * Enterprise Windows 2008R2 the following code runs and downloads the Linux binaries.

python buildscripts/setup_multiversion_mongodb.py /data/install /data/multiversion "base" "linux/x86_64" "3.0" "3.2" "3.4"

We may just want to set the multiversion_platform_arch expansion on the Windows 2008R2 DEBUG builder if we can't make the "do multiversion setup" function a no-op when we aren't running any of the multiversion* tasks on that build variant.
