 Description

It would be useful for resmoke.py to list the files that are being excluded, either due to a tag or from the excluded_files list. It would be even more useful if the reason the file is excluded is also listed.

The list of excluded tests is printed when resmoke.py is run with the --dryRun=tests or -n option.
