It would be useful for resmoke.py to list the files that are being excluded, either due to a tag or from the excluded_files list. It would be even more useful if the reason the file is excluded is also listed. |

The list of excluded tests is printed when resmoke.py is run with the --dryRun=tests or -n option. |
