ChunkSizeTracker::forgetRange exists as of this commit https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/commit/1235bd664bbe9e6364f079abb693fe1be6e8a1eb. Now we need to plug the function into the move/split/merge code so that it is active. |

Closing because we pivoted away from creating/using ChunkSizeTracker in favor of using the ChunkManager's Chunk objects to store chunk size, since the ChunkManager is now on the mongod. |
