Currently "timelib" uses "minutes West" for calculations done with time zone specifiers like "+04:00". Although this works, it means we need to special case this situation for the utcOffset method on mongo::TimeZone. Change timelib to use "seconds East" to be in line with calculations that use "Europe/Amsterdam" like time zone specifiers. |
