 Description

We should isolate the virtaulenv installation directory:

  • Define a new expansion macro:

    - key: virtualenv_dir
      value: venv_${task_id}

  • Reference the macro ${virtualenv_dir|venv} instead of "venv"
  • Cleanup ${virtualenv_dir|""}

Major changes to evergreen.yml coming via INIT-57.

For remote host provisioning (think powercycle), this abstraction is still useful, enabling a remote operation to use the ${activate_virtaulenv} macro in using a virtualenv.

Note: Upon further investigation, the venv lives under the ${workdir}/src, i.e., data/mci/2660a2d33ec10a45a8d30d39315bc3a5/src/venv
