Add a version of the ReplicaSetFixture with support for mongobridge. The fixture should support issuing commands to mongobridge similar to the functionality provided by bridge.js |

This hasn't come up recently as a request. We recommend using Antithesis, please reach out to Rob Guo if you would like to know more. |

I think this could be useful for adding passthrough suites that induce network partitions and/or higher network latency in replication tests. We have many passthrough suites that kill or step down nodes, but it doesn't seem that we have any that induce random network partitions. |

Moving this ticket to the backlog. The rollback tests ended up using ReplSetTest with mongoBridge instead of using resmoke, so this ticket is no longer needed for the time being. |
