In my dev box I have one mongodb instance that ran fine for months. Today, if I connect with Robo3t, and try to expand the functions node in the admin database, the engine will go down with the error no cursor for uri: table Other databases runs just fine, but the main problem is that, if I try to recover funcions list in admin db the entire engine will go down. I've attached a log file (I have the full log file of 55MB, if you like to have it, please just tell me and I'll send you privately), if you need the entire content of admin db also tell me and I'll include them. |

Ok, this is a test instance, so I'm only concerned if there were some bug on the server. I really do not know why these files are removed, I've checked the SSD and everything is ok, but I'm glad to know that it is not a bug of Mongodb. Thanks a lot. Gian Maria. |

Hello alkampfer, Thank you for providing this data. Looking over the logs and data you've provided, they seem to indicate that something outside of MongoDB removed these files. As this I do not see anything that would indicate a bug in the MongoDB Server, I've closed this ticket. In this situation, my best recommendation would be to resync the affected node or restore from a backup if possible. Thanks, |

I'm uploading data directory and log file on the link you gave me. This is my workstation and I never had unclean shutdown for what I remember, I always start mongodb directly from a link in my desktop, and terminate the instance closing the windows or With CTRL+C from the window. The problem is that the error occurred only if I browse the Function node from Robo3t, everything else works just fine, so I really do not know when the db corrputed. Also this is a dev machine, so I usually delete all databases (excepts admin and local) several times a day. |

Hello alkampfer, Thank you for the report. Looking over the log, this looks like it may be corruption in the index files but we are still investigating the cause of this behavior. Have there been any unclean shutdowns of this node recently? I've generated a secure upload portal so that you can send us the database and complete logs securely, as these may assist in diagnosing this behavior. Thanks, |
