How can i change the hostnames in config datbase mongos collection ?
They are not FQDN

Hello,

the names of the replicaset is fine, its about the name of the config servers. They seems to call gethostname and than get the shortname not the FQDN,. But i use SSL and not allowed to have the shortname (even as alias) at the Cert.

Thanks for your report. You can change the hostnames in a replicaset with the rs.reconfig() command.
