 Description

Failure to attempt to initialize the mongoDB service, in the startup attempt is displayed in the mongo log that can not open the WiredTiger metadata. An attempt to repair has already been performed, but I was not successful.

Hello aqvsantana,

We haven’t heard back from you for some time, so I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved. If this is still an issue for you, the WiredTiger.wt and WiredTiger.turtle files and we can attempt a repair.

Thanks,
Mark

Hello aqvsantana,

Thank you for the report. If you can provide the WiredTiger.wt and WiredTiger.turtle files we can attempt a repair of the database, but please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed fix.

Thanks,
Mark
