| Description |
|
Once the MongoDB linkbench implementation is relatively stable and is utilizing the new transactions API, we should work on integrating an automated benchmark into sys-perf. It would probably be good to run this benchmark against both a 1-node and 3-node replica set, at least. |

Yup, makes sense - sorry, I was looking at the comments and skipped right over the links. |

ian.whalen I had expected this to be in Ready to Merge, as it is ready. I'm putting it into that state now, let us know if that is incorrect. The actual merge is dependent on ticket Will mentioned, and it looks like that part is linked properly. |

ian.whalen It is dependent on a fix for a known issue in Linkbench, that the replication team is currently working on ( |

david.daly looks like this has been sitting in WFUI for two weeks with no pickup. Is it possible for the Performance team to continue investigating this? |

Code is done on the sysperf yaml side cr. bu there's a gremlin somewhere in linkbench or the server that's causing the linkbench tests to take 6 hours and then time out. In the interest of cost-savings, we'll hold off on merging until the issue is fixed. Will - assigning to you to fix - please feel free to assign back to me or perf once the tests complete normally and we can simply merge the cr. |
