Closing as the test failure doesn't seem to be happening any more and re-writing this test in a way that preserves the coverage will take more time than the team can currently allocate. |

After inspection, I'd like to extend yield.js instead. That test features concurrent updates and deletes, but does not drop the collection; I think it would be reasonable to extend that test to have a state that drops and recreates the collection, and then extend it further to test counts, updates, deletes and distincts. |

After speaking with Max, I'm going to take a look at the tests in create_database.js and its related friends. I'm going to make sure that they cover all of the types of query plans tested by queryoptimizer3.js and add them, if any, and then delete queryoptimizer3.js. |
