Seems like the following should throw an error: db.runCommand( { geoNear : "xy", near : [44, 44], spherical : true, maxDistance : 12000 }) but it doesn't. |

Geo has changed so much that this issue is stale. |

Spherical wrapping is only calculated for $within/$centerSphere - should also be calc'd for $near/geoNear |
