 Description

Now that WiredTiger is getting cursor caching built-in, we can remove cursor caching from the session objects of the WiredTiger integration layer. Associated code, like the drop retry queue, can also be removed. This must be coordinated with a WiredTiger release to MongoDB to bring in the new caching.
