It would be helpful to have the number of soft/hard faults which happen during an op/query (including index misses) so we can better understand the cost, and performance anomalies. |

Tracking page faults at this granularity will not be useful. |

Currently we track faults per process not during operations because many can be running concurrently and it is hard (possibly impossible) to tell which operation is the cause of the fault. |
