 Description

Currently the output of .getIndexes() will display an index even if it is still being built and therefore not yet available for use.  This can be misleading.  We should consider indicating that it is still being built or not display it at all (by default?) until it can be used.

Not displaying it at all was completed under SERVER-25175.

Providing an easy way to view in progress index builds is being tracked under SERVER-25176.
