while installing mongodb with complete installation - no response or error while entering mongod command in cmd prompt PFA. it returns back to base path.

Just to confirm, are you working from this guide: https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-windows/ Could you include the specific download link that you're using to install MongoDB?
