| Description |

Currently the introspection commands will just report that a plan used an allPaths index was used. They should be extended to report which "subfield" of the allPaths index was used in the cached plan. |

As part of this be sure to update CountScanParams and IndexScanParams to store an entire index "Identifier" rather than just the name. |
