Current behavior just turns on journaling and doesn't warn

Should also consider legacy --dur and --nodur.

how about this pull request https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/pull/93 to check the similar thing (--auth and --noauth coexist)?

@Gaunqun Thanks for your pull request, but I think this was a better way to handle it. We should fail to start up in this case rather than risking someone ignoring their logfile.
