 Description

WT-3276 introduced an option log=(recover=salvage) to recover corrupted log files. We should consider using this in MongoDB when starting with --repair

This work will be completed by WT-4156

Comment by Susan LoVerso [ 14/Aug/18 ]

louis.williams it is highly likely that this API option is going away and will be folded into WT-4156 and the salvage=true work for the general repair ticket. I think that makes this a moot point.
