serra.seven@kuveytturk.com.tr If you don't want the files in that directory, you could simply delete it and then recreate it entirely, or specify a new directory via --dbpath or your configuration file. The individual files within the dbpath shouldn't be removed in a piecemeal fashion, and commands such as db.collection.drop() and db.collection.dropIndex should be used when dropping indexes and collections.
