| Description |
|
New logical session cache refresh suites often hit the crash outlined here. https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-36920 This fix will allow us to skip oplog validation (in those suites only) so that we can push the suites to master while the bug is being diagnosed. |

blake.oler, is there a ticket to re-enable the oplog validation? |

That will suffice. I was just making a general-sounding ticket for scheduling purposes. Will update with that solution |

blake.oler, given that in our Slack conversation you had talked about specifically doing this for validating the oplog collection, is there a reason that setting TestData.skipValidationNamespaces = ["local.oplog.rs"] in your new test suite wouldn't suffice? |
