 Description

ssl_ECDHE_suites.js uses sslyze, which appears to be incompatible with our new toolchain's version of OpenSSL. However, the new OpenSSL introduces support for all of the features we need to perform TLS testing, we should use the python modules which use it in ssl_ECDHE_suites.js.
