| Description |

We currently use the "freeze" time as the timeout for force replSetStepDown commands. Force stepdowns are expected to succeed, and this feels like an arbitrary choice for a timeout. Tests often also lower the freeze time, but should still be able to wait sufficiently long for a lock without having to sacrifice a low freeze time. |
