 Description

We should either reduce to warning or suppress completely these messages, since their presence does not mean something is necessarily going wrong:

2019-01-04T00:06:58.543+0000 E STORAGE [conn49] WiredTiger error (22) [1546560418:543322][25718:0x7f5a15867700], WT_SESSION.timestamp_transaction: __wt_txn_parse_read_timestamp, 812: read timestamp 5c2ea3a20000041d older than oldest timestamp 5c2ea3a20000041e: Invalid argument Raw: [1546560418:543322][25718:0x7f5a15867700], WT_SESSION.timestamp_transaction: __wt_txn_parse_read_timestamp, 812: read timestamp 5c2ea3a20000041d older than oldest timestamp 5c2ea3a20000041e: Invalid argument
