I am running this query on our db: db.childdata.find( { RedTm: { $ne: null }} ).count() and it just hangs and never returns. This collection is very large (over 450GB) so not sure if this is relevant or not. We have an index on RedTm as well so we do not understand why this query hangs. |

Hi Ian, We still need additional information to diagnose the problem. If this is still an issue for you, would you please provide the mongod log covering the problem timeframe as well as the contents of the "diagnostic.data" folder located under your $dbpath? You can upload the files to our Secure Upload Portal. Thanks, Danny |
